He is an Associate Director and Senior Consultant, Technology Delivery Manager at Equitable Bank Canada with over 12 years of experience solving complex business problems and adding value to customers, teams, product team, software developers and stakeholders using the agile mindset plus extensive risk management, robotics, digital, artificial intelligent and business transformation experience to lead web and mobile (iOS and AND) application development, product development, process improvement and integration etc. for Commercial Banks and FinTech ecosystem across Canada, United Kingdom and Nigeria.

Experience

He has managed over seventy projects to-date, including many complex and multi-year projects. The majority of his projects have been digital transformation, system development, risk management and process automation initiatives involving significant and strategic business transformation. In addition to his extensive project management experience, He has also pioneered four innovation labs for commercial banks and mentored various scrum teams and tech delivery managers for IT project delivery professionally for the last twelve years.
